Delegate your administrative tasks to a skilled Virtual Assistant!
Of course, we understand that you cannot simply delegate your business tasks to a virtual assistant if you have no idea who he/she is or what he/she does, so, let’s get that out of the way.
Virtual assistants come from diverse backgrounds and are located in different parts of the world. Some businesses prefer to hire within their locality because of personal and/or business reasons. One reason would be if the business owner wants to meet their virtual assistant in person from time to time to discuss project details. Then there are those who prefer to hire from outside their city, state, or country, which widens a business’ access to more skilled virtual assistants. But why is there a need to hire virtual assistants when you can just hire a full time or part time employee?
Here are the top three reasons:
- Cut business costs… and I mean not just your overhead expenses. A virtual assistant is not a regular employee and is not entitled to employee benefits or an office space or office equipment. You also decide whether to pay them bonuses for a job well done or give them a paid vacation leave… it’s a flexible setup. Your virtual assistant will provide their own tools.
- Flexible contract or no contract at all! How is that good news? Isn’t it a bit scary to not have a contract? Not at all! Some virtual assistants will not need a contract because the project could be a one-time or short term deal. Others don’t need one because it defeats the purpose of flexibility. But you can have your virtual assistant sign an NDA for your peace of mind or create a flexible contract/service agreement that allows your business to downsize or scale up as the need arises.
- You have an instant team without hiring a team. How cool is that? Some virtual assistants work with their own teams. This means that when you hire that kind of virtual assistant, you do not only hire one person, but also their team. You get multiple skill sets that you can utilize at the price of one!

- Contract: Open contract, meaning we don’t need you to put us on a contract, so we can stay flexible. But you can let us sign an NDA.
- Communication: We use email as our primary communication channel. We may also hop on a Zoom call, but we’ve found that it is not as convenient or productive as emailing.
- Project/Task Management: Trello or Asana or your preferred project management tool.
- ETA: This varies based on the type of project. But we will send you as many updates as you need to keep track of our progress.
- Billing: You will be billed upfront using PayPal. We begin the project immediately after we receive your payment.
